日记是记录每天所发生过的事，但梁咏娜（蔡卓妍饰）的日记是记录将来所会发生的事……记录她妄想出来的“事实”！ 咏娜原本有一个快乐的家庭，有一个爱惜她的情人。一天咏娜回家发现她的情人亚坤不辞而别。咏娜接受不了亚坤无声的离弃，无助下向友人（梁洛施饰）诉说如何爱亚坤，亚仪竟教唆咏娜怎样向一个背弃自己的人报复！ 一天咏娜在街上碰上亚坤，原来亚坤从不认识她，一切只是咏娜妄想出来的，他的真名是伟豪（余文乐饰），她想念的亚坤原来早已在两年前的交通意外中死去。咏娜向伟豪哭诉这一切，伟豪对她由怜生爱。二人过快乐的同居生活，但自此伟豪的性格显得怪异，更不愿上班，说每天只要和咏娜一起便足够。 一晚，二人在屋内共享烛光晚餐，窗外下雨，咏娜一时感触，哭诉她与亚坤的一段情，说亚坤两年前因癌症去世。伟豪听后觉得奇怪，伟豪质疑咏娜前后矛盾，咏娜便拿出自己的日记为证，读出亚坤癌病死去的一天那页，当咏娜读到日记的最后一段时，突然目露凶光地走到伟豪面前，质疑伟豪对她的爱……究竟谁是谁非？
