阿孝（姜涛饰）、阿德（吕爵安饰）及张良（邱士缙饰）曾是街头篮球场的常客，但因各自的原因暂时放下心爱的篮球活动。直到一次，全港首屈一指的大学篮球队B队来到社区扫场。以丧波（张继聪饰）为首的街坊不甘篮球场被霸佔，于是向他们作出挑战。三子临场应丧波的邀请，联同街坊们上演一场对抗赛。最终合三人之力和丧波的战术，将篮球队击退，成功保住球场。战胜过程更被放上网，一夜之间成为城中话题。
大学篮球队A队队长锋（陈卓贤饰）得知球队惨被街坊击败，心有不甘带同正选球员踩场一雪前耻。面对正统篮球队的进攻，三子与丧波一败涂地，两边为了面子立下誓约，6个星期后再决战。
